研究方向:

1.氧化胁迫对机体的破坏以及机体的防御和应答,衰老过程中蛋白质的损伤和周转代谢以及相关信号通路。

2.光合作用光化学反应及活性氧自由基的产生与调控。

3.自由基生物技术在环保、健康和美容领域的应用。

研究内容:

健康长寿是人类的美好愿望。我们通过对真核模式生物酿酒酵母以及动物细胞和动物模型寿命调控机理的研究,尝试阐明调控动物和人体寿命的分子机制。我们主要研究泛素系统在衰老及衰老相关疾病中对细胞内蛋白周转代谢的调控作用;细胞内活性氧自由基的产生和对细胞寿命的调控;营养和胁迫条件对细胞寿命的影响以及相关蛋白激酶参与的信号传导通路。我们同时也尽力促进科学研究在社会生产中的应用,促进相关领域的创业创新。我们非常欢迎对我们研究方向感兴趣的本科生和硕士、博士研究生加入我们,同时也热切期盼与相关专家学者开展学术交流。
